My thoughts on advertising: if they are putting a lot of money into advertising, it’s not that good of a deal. If it was such a great deal, I’d hear about it by word of mouth.
Same goes for stores with huge posters/displays saying that something is such a great deal - it’s probably not. The quality of the sale is inversely proportional to the cost of the advertising of the sale.

Do it. Love mine, but it is a loud watch. You’ll hear it tick in a quiet room. Someone here posted the chronograph version they got, and paired it with a orange and blue bang for gulf color scheme. Looked great

I've got one, it's a nice little watch. Great for wearing around without worrying about it, and you can swim and dive (a little). And it's Quartz, so essentially it's 10x more accurate than the most accurate mechanical Rolex ever made.

I have a Weekender Chrono that I snagged at Target for 26 bucks after a coupon. White face with the dark green nylon strap. It’s a nice fun watch. Still may get another strap.
